How do we place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3-5 business days.

Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!


What forms of payment do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We also accept cash in-store. 

Do you accept Cryptocurrency?

Right now we accept only Dogecoin as it is our preferred crypto. You can select to pay with #dogecoin on the payments page. We use CoinPayments as our crypto processor.

Why only Doge?

Because, doge to the moon!

Do you sell your cookies baked?

Yes we do! We require advanced notice for all fresh baked cookie orders. Please contact us to place an order with us directly. 

Our fresh baked cookies our limited to in-store pick ups and curbside pick ups. We do not shipped baked cookies at this time.

Shipping & Pick Up

Who do you ship with?

Fresh Baked Cookie Company ships using USPS and UPS. Shipping is auto-calculated at checkout and you can select the choice that best works for you. If you need help or would like a special request. Please reach out to us and we'll try out best to help accomodate your needs.

For our subscription box side, we ship with only USPS Priority Mail. If this changes in the future, we will send out an email blast with more information.

We also offer local pickup and curbside pick up for those within the DFW area.

Can we pick up our orders?

Yes! We offer both in-store and curbside pickup for our orders.

Just select the store-pick up option at checkout and select a time that's good for you. We require 24 hours for both in-store and curbside pick up orders for us to pull your order. If you need it immediately, please visit our store anytime during business hours, but message us ahead to make sure we have the item in stock. Our mixes go off the shelves fast and we definitely don't want you to make the trip for nothing.

Do you have any promotions?

We occasionally have promotions on our products. The best way to get in on the promotion is by signing up for our newsletter, SMS notifications, and following us on social media.

When's your next pop-up/event?

Subcription Orders

Where is my order?

Our cookie crates ship during the first week of each month.

Our order periods start on the first day of each month and end on the last day of each month for the following month's cookie.

For example, if you placed an order anytime in May, your first box will ship out with June's shipment. If you placed an order in June, your first box will ship out in July.

When do renewals go in?

Renewals start processing at the beginning of the day (12:01am) on the 11th of each month.

Can I skip a month?

Definitely!

Log into your account to skip months or shoot us a message and we'll help you out!

I need to cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, however, cancellations only apply to future renewals. If you are in the middle of a subscription, you will still get your remaining boxes.


Please make sure you cancel before the renewal goes in to avoid the surcharges as outlined in our terms & conditions.

I was charged and I didn't want to renew!

Our cookie crates are a subscription and will automatically renew if it is not cancelled.

We understand that you may sometimes forget, however, we are also charged crazy fees once the renewal does go through. Since we're a small family owned business, we can't absorb all the fees and ask that you try to remember to cancel before the renewal processes.

Once the renewal processes, you must contact us the same day for a full refund. 

  • Requests 1-2 days after the renewal goes through will be refunded less 15% for the fees we incurr (that aren't returned to us). 
  • Requests between 3-7 days will only be refunded 50%. (We place our purchase orders within the week of renewals and would be stuck with extreme amounts of overstock.) We can also offer the full amount in credit for a future purchase.
  • Requests after 1 week are not accepted. We can only offer the full amount in credit for a future purchase.

Collaborations

I want to collaborate with you!

We love collaborating with as many people as possible. We are honored to have so many collaboration requests, however, as a small family business, we are unable to provide free items or boxes for reviews.


We do however offer partnerships. If you are good at what you do, we would be happy to establish a relationship with you. You will get a percentage of all sales that you refer to us. Please email us for more details.

I am a brand and want to include my items in your box.

That's awesome! Our curators search far and wide to find awesome products for our boxes. We are strict with the items we accept as it is representative of our brand. If you would like to add your items in our boxes, please shoot us a message with your proposal.

If you need to reach us for an interview or an article, please shoot us a message. We love telling people about our business and appreciate all the hard work journalists do. Please note that the founder (who is 9 years old) has a pretty packed schedule with school and extracurricular activities and may not have availability at all times.

Products

Can I get the recipe?

We do not provide the recipes as they are a trade secret of our company. The founder and the master of cookies have worked on the recipes over many years perfecting each one. They test different types and brands of ingredients to get the flavor profile that turns cookies from okay to amazing.

Our recipes also call for very specific ingredients that a household consumer may not be able to get. Without the specific ingredient, our cookies will not taste the same.

What times are y'all open?

The website is up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for orders. Sometimes the website may be down for upgrades or maintenance.

Our customer service team works Monday through Friday from Noon until 8:00pm CST. We are out of the office on weekends and holidays.

Our customer service team is however on call for baking emergencies. If you have an urgent baking related question, please contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.

For non-urgent inquiries, we will reply to you within 24-48 business hours.

We are located at 3040 Story Road W in Las Colinas, TX.
